David Cameron Visit

Friday saw an excellent event in Cardiff Bay hosted by the Welsh Conservative Party with David Cameron in attendance marking two years as Leader of the Conservatives.

With over 300 in attendance including Nick Bourne Leader of the official opposition in the Assembly, Cheryl Gillan - Shadow Secretary of state for Wales, Jonathan Evans MEP, Welsh Assembly members past and present - this was certainly a great event.

It was great to see former assembly members such as Glyn Davies and Laura Ann Jones in attendance and I have to agree with Glyn's comments - where did all those young people come from? The fantastic efforts the team put in at Freshers Fayres in September has paid off - CF members from North Wales, Aberystwyth, Swansea, Glamorgan and Cardiff all in attendance!
